This is a group for those looking to explore value based investing, following the philosophies of such fund managers as Buffet, Bruce Berkowitz, Seth Klarman, Larry Swedroe, and others. The goal is to look at both stocks, funds, and managers and evaluate investment opportunities in all three. No actual investing will take place at the meetups, the purpose is to exchange ideas and knowledge.

I decided to start this group because I didn't see any Meetup group that focuses on Income investing. We consider Preferred stocks, individuals bonds, bond based ETF's, & Preferred stock ETF's important vehicles for producing income with an investment strategy.    

The purpose of this group is to bring together like minded business men who have a millionaire mentality. This is the new boy's club, and membership is exclusive.  I believe there are ways to have guaranteed success, this is one of them.
